If an ESL application is specified to occupy the entire screen, then the ability to show the task-bar by using the 'Mouse-Over' feature may not work. Research has found this to be a feature of the new operating systems, not a fault in the ESL product. As a work-around, you must ensure the specified height of the primary window is 1 pixel less than the screen resolution height, allowing for the application titlebar and possible menu (typically 42 pixels).
