ESL Documentation

You can change the parameter associated with an object (or the parameter associated with each of the objects in a class) by specifying the make parameter statement. You specify the new parameter as a string value. After ESL has executed the make parameter statement, the value that is returned when you use the built-in parameter function (see parameter Function) is the new parameter of the object; for example:

make BlueKey parameter "ColoredKey"
