The following table lists other keys that are useful when using table objects. These keys are not active if the table or current column is set to read-only.

Printing character |
Enter a new value in the current cell. This replaces the current value with the character typed. |
Backspace |
Erase the value in the current cell and stay in edit mode. |

Accept the current contents of the cell (edit mode only). See Navigation Keys. |
Escape |
Cancel the edit and restore the previous contents of the cell (edit mode only). |
