The path to directories and file to be saved in the configuration file are obtained as a fixed location relative to the location of the configuration file currently being edited. During processing the processing will use the "Current Directory" as the starting location, which may not be the same as the location of the configuration file. This setting does not alter any of the paths currently stored.
