You should I be using Microsoft's Visual Studio 6 to create DLLs that work with ESL.

If you have created DLL with an earlier version of Visual Studio, these must be re-linked using the current runtime libraries.

The .net version of Visual Studio is not compatible with ESL, please contact the ESL Help desk to discuss this requirement.
