Object Inquiry Built-in Function

Return whether an object is restored.

(OBJECT_NAME is restored)

OBJECT_NAME

The identifier for a object or region.

Description

Use this function to determine whether an ESL region or object is currently restored. You must enclose the entire statement in parentheses.

The value returned is the boolean associated with the restored state of the specified object. If the item is restored, the value true is returned; if it is not restored, the value false is returned.

If you use this function for an object such as a dialog control (which cannot be restored), then the function returns false.
