Sets whether or not you want to limit how far you can reduce the height of a dialog control.

Check Minimum Control Height if you want the Layout Editor to base the minimum height for a dialog control on the size of the font for that control.  The Layout Editor prevents you from reducing the height of a dialog control beyond the size of the font.  If you have not specified a font in the Font attribute for the dialog control, the Layout Editor restricts you to the height of the System font.

Uncheck Minimum Control Height if you do not want the Layout Editor to restrict the minimum height for a dialog control.
