The title bar attribute allows you to specify a title for a region. The title bar's title is centered in a bar, which is drawn above the viewport. The color of the text and bar are operating system colors and are set in the Control Panel.
In addition to labeling a region, title bars are used by the operating system to allow the user to move a region around the screen. When users click and hold on the title bar, the operating system allows the user to move the region around the screen until they release the mouse button. The operating system controls the entire interaction. This means that you do not have to write a response for the object in order to allow the user to reposition it.
