Each ESL system has a default pointing device, usually the mouse. The default device is specified when you install ESL.
To change the default device, simply edit the EslConfig.ini file and change the POINTER= option. When ESL begins operation, the default pointing device is open and ready to use; you need not explicitly open or close it.
You can open either or both pointing devices in the same ESL program. If the mouse or touchscreen is not your default pointing device, you must open it using the open statement within your application.
