ESL Documentation

The All Attributes page presents the complete set of attributes for an object.  The attributes are arranged alphabetically.  The value for an attribute may be an ESL integer, float, string, boolean, or enumerated value.

To change the value of an integer, float, or string attribute

1.Click on the attribute entry in the All Attributes table.  The value of the attribute is displayed in the dropdown combination box above the All Attributes table.

2.Type the new value into the dropdown combination box, or double click on the value cell in the All Attributes table to type a value into the cell of the table.

Tip

When specifying a full path for an attribute which requies a file name, use a single backslash to separate components of the path.

To change the value of a boolean or an enumerated attribute

Click on the attribute entry in the All Attributes table.  The value of the attribute is displayed in the dropdown combination box above the All Attributes table.

Double click on the value in the All Attributes table to set the next value in the enumeration, or select the value you want from the dropdown combination box.

To change the value of a color attribute

1.Click on the attribute entry in the All Attributes table.  The value of the attribute is displayed in the dropdown combination box above the All Attributes table.

2.Double click on the table entry or on the entry field of the dropdown combination box to display the color palette.

3.Click on the color you want.  Click on "sys" to select the system color for the object.
