Copies the current object or group of objects from the Screen Editor and places the object(s) on the Layout Editor's clipboard. Any objects currently on the Layout Editor's clipboard are overwritten with the new object(s).
You can then paste the object or objects to another location. When you paste an object, the object is assigned a new name. Any insert statements or comments which were associated with the object are not pasted. Other attributes of the object remain the same.
Tip
•ยท To copy an object from the Screen Editor, you can also right click on the object, and select Copy from the pop-up menu.
