This option invokes the compiler passing the selected application main source plus the settings from the Preferences dialog. Whilst the compiler is running the Esl Edit is suspended. Once the compiler finishes, after you have pressed the OK push button on the compiler information window, Esl Edit loads the compiler log. If no compiler log is specified, then Esl Edit uses the default of the main source file name, with the extension .ERR.
