There is now a single ECS library (ESLCMSRV.dll) that supports; 32bit and 16bit EHLLAPI data structures and can be used to create a debug trace.

ECS debug logging has minor improvements and to assist with configuration and debugging, now defaults to logging.

The installation process registers ESL with the Machine not just the current User. This allows the ESL installer to have a different ID to the ESL User. ESL is still licensed per user.

The Property Sheet module has been corrected to ensure the tabs do not disappear when resizing. EslEdit has benefited from this correction.
