Correction to OSUtil sample, so that missing files are reported when performing the SearchPath routine. Error only affects the sample, so Clients using the SearchPath routine do not need to change or recompile their applications.

Layout Editor writes any temporary files to the directory defined by %TMP%, instead of attempting to use the ESL main directory which may have restricted access due to User Account Control.

The Edit menu items in the OSUtil sample now work correctly as the Cut, Copy and Paste operation now process the last object used before the Menu is used.

All the executables and libraries within the ESL installation directory now have a read-only attribute, which resolves a problem with sharing violations, when multiple Users attempt to run ESL from a common source.

The old configuration file extension of .ESL has been changed to the standard .INI extension that is use for configuration settings. As the resultant default configuration file would be "config.ini" which may be used by other Windows Applications, the default name is now "ESLConfig.ini".

The ESLPr sample has been corrected, so it is now possible to use the "Exit" checkbox to close down the local application after printing. You may need to use this "exit" facility, if the Windows facility (SPLWOW64.exe) that allows 32bit applications to print within a 64bit machine fails to time-out after printing from ESL.
